  * Lots of artwork.
  * Lots of game logic and plot.
  * Lots of refactoring.

Specific:
  * Create icon for windows executable.
  * Make animations and description-only Things not clickable.
  * Make arrow keys work in rect_drawer

Cleanups:
  * Clean-up finding and loading of speech strings.
  * Move interacts out into their own module?
  * Fix thing.enter being called multiple times without leaving
